Certificate Program
Program Overview
Belmont College has been a 22-year member of the Cisco NETACAD Networking Educational System and utilizes the official CISCO curriculum for courses NET1171, NET1172, NET1173, NET1174 and NET 1141. Students who successfully complete the Official CISCO curriculum are prepared to challenge the CISCO CCNA Industry Certification.
Program Outcomes
- Understand the Windows operating systems and UNIX/LINUX.
- Prepare to sit for the A+ (upgrade and repair) certification.
- Prepare to sit for the Network+ certification.
- Prepare to sit for the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification.
- Prepare to sit for the Cisco Certified Network Associate exam.
FYE1110
First Year Experience is required for all students to take in year 1, fall semester. Students must receive a passing grade.
