Ready to return to Belmont? Follow the steps below to find out how to continue your degree and/or certificate.

Apply for admission.

Complete an Application for Admission.  There’s no fee. If you were accepted to Belmont and/or registered for classes within the last two years (including former CCP and Tech Prep students), you don’t need to reapply.

Send your transcripts.

If you have attended any other schools while you were away from Belmont, have your official transcripts sent to the Registrar’s Office. Official copies must be sealed and unopened.

Apply for financial aid.

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Belmont College code is 009941. Finalize your FAFSA as early as possible to ensure your financial aid is processed in time to pay for your classes. If you have questions, contact the Financial Aid Office at 740.695.8510 or by email financialaid@belmontcollege.edu.

Register for classes.

You’ll meet with an academic advisor to plan your schedule and make sure you’re in the right courses for your program.

Pay tuition and fees.

If you’re eligible for financial aid, those funds will be applied to your bill. Payment arrangements can be made through the Business Office if you don’t receive financial aid or owe a balance.

Buy your books.

You can now purchase your textbooks online with free shipping to campus! If you have available financial aid to buy books, you’ll receive a book voucher to use at the Campus Shop. Please verify with the Financial Aid Office that your aid has been processed and approved if you plan to use aid funds for books.

Welcome back – Attend classes.

If you’re taking online courses, log into Canvas by the first day of class.
