Current Student FAQ's

A: Scheduled classes are subject to cancellation if enrollment fails to meet the minimum established by the College. Classes with less than minimum enrollment may continue as scheduled at the discretion of the Dean of Academic Affairs and the Program Chairs. A: All official transcript orders can be submitted through the National Student Clearinghouse. Enter Belmont College as the school you attend/attended. There is a $10 fee for all official transcripts.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are not available to order. Belmont alumni/current students can access their unofficial transcript through the MyBelmont student portal. Student login and password is required; contact the IT Support Desk at 740.695.8514 with issues or questions.

A: Each student is assigned an Academic Advisor. Call 740.699.3810 to schedule an appointment.

A: Each day of the week has its own code:

M – Monday
T – Tuesday
W – Wednesday
R – Thursday
F – Friday
S – Saturday
U – Sunday

A: “SCIEN” is the Science and Engineering building next to the gymnasium on the OUE (Ohio University Eastern) campus. “NSCIE” is the Natural Science building located over the hill across the street from the main entrance to Belmont College.

A: Instructors should hand out a syllabus the first day of class, listing their office hours and contact info. Mailboxes are located at the Main Campus academic office area.
