The Engineering Applications Certificate program can take you a long way toward reaching your career goals. It provides a basic introduction to engineering, helping you gain a strong foundation in the basic skill sets needed to perform computer-aided design (CAD) through coursework that’s focused on communication and computing for engineers. Once you successfully complete the program, you can sit for the Autodesk Certified User industry-based certification exam.

This two-semester program includes courses in computing for engineers, CAD, and interpersonal communications. If you’re relatively new to Autodesk software and want to become more proficient, you can seek to become a Certified User. This level of certification helps demonstrate a commitment to academic success or career development. The Autodesk AutoCAD® Certified User Exam consists of multiple-choice and performance-based questions.
