Send your transcripts.
Ask your previous institution(s) to send your official transcript(s) directly to the Belmont College Registrar’s Office, 68094 Hammond Road, St. Clairsville, OH 43950. Depending on the number of credits you’ve completed, placement testing may be required.
Apply for financial aid.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. The Belmont College code is 009941. Finalize your FAFSA as early as possible to ensure your financial aid is processed in time to pay for your classes. Bridge to Success Scholarship
The Bridge to Success Scholarship is available to students who have previously received the Horizon Grant or Gateway Grant at EGCC and are enrolling at Belmont College for the 2024-2025 academic year. Students will be asked to provide documentation of their eligibility for these grants, such as a statement where the grant has been applied or an award notification. The Bridge to Success Scholarship covers tuition charges only after other grants have been applied. Fees, books, and materials are not covered. Applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Register for classes.
You’ll meet with an academic advisor to plan your schedule and make sure you’re in the right courses for your program.
Pay tuition and fees.
If you’re eligible for financial aid, those funds will be applied to your bill. Payment arrangements can be made through the Business Office if you don’t receive financial aid or owe a balance.
Buy your books.
You can now purchase your textbooks online with free shipping to campus! If you have available financial aid to buy books, you’ll receive a book voucher to use at the Campus Shop. Please verify with the Financial Aid Office that your aid has been processed and approved if you plan to use aid funds for books.
Attend classes.
If you’re taking online courses, log into Canvas by the first day of class.
