St. Clairsville, OH (June 30, 2026)— Belmont College is pleased to welcome a new class of students to its Radiology Program for Fall 2026. As the College prepares to begin a new academic year, the program also enters an exciting new chapter under the leadership of Christine Sentz, Acting Director, and Tammy Corey, Acting Clinical Coordinator.

Christine Sentz, RT(R)(CT), BTAS, brings 26 years of experience in radiologic technology to her new role as Acting Director. She holds a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies in Healthcare Administration from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate of Applied Studies from Kent State University, and a Radiologic Technology Certificate from Aultman School of Radiologic Technology. She is dedicated to student success, program development, and preparing future technologists to provide high-quality patient care.

“We are excited to welcome our newest cohort of radiology students to Belmont College,” said Christine Sentz, Acting Director of the Radiology Program. “Our goal is to help students build confidence, develop the practical skills needed for success in the healthcare field, and thrive in a supportive learning environment. We look forward to guiding these students as they begin their educational journey and prepare for meaningful careers serving patients and communities through medical imaging.”

Joining Sentz is Tammy Corey, a Registered Radiologic Technologist with 19 years of professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and has built a diverse career in radiologic technology. She began her journey at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, where she worked primarily in the emergency room and trained students for three years. She then spent 14 years specializing in orthopedics, gaining extensive experience as both an orthopedic technician and radiologic technologist. Corey most recently worked in urgent care in Titusville, Pennsylvania, where she served as both a phlebotomist and radiologic technologist.

Belmont College offers a comprehensive two-year Radiologic Technology Program that prepares students to work with today’s advanced imaging technologies. These technologies produce highly detailed images that help physicians diagnose conditions in early stages, leading to more focused treatments and improved patient outcomes. Belmont’s Radiology degree and certificate programs position graduates at the forefront of modern medical care.

The program is dedicated to providing learning experiences that enable each student to deliver quality healthcare, understand the values and behaviors of the profession, and develop communication and independent reasoning skills in preparation for employment as entry-level radiographers. Upon completion of all program requirements, students earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Radiologic Technology.

The Radiologic Technology Program at Belmont College is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

The first day of classes for Radiology Program students is August 17, 2026.
