St. Clairsville, OH (March 26, 2026)
— Belmont College is pleased to announce the addition of two experienced professionals to its Radiologic Technology Program, further strengthening its commitment to excellence in healthcare education. Christine Sentz has been named Acting Director of the Radiologic Technology Program, and Tammy Corey will serve as Acting Clinical Coordinator.

Christine Sentz, RT(R)(CT), BTAS, brings 26 years of experience in radiologic technology to her new role as Acting Director. She holds a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies in Healthcare Administration from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate of Applied Studies from Kent State University, and a Radiologic Technology Certificate from Aultman School of Radiologic Technology. She is dedicated to student success, program development, and preparing future technologists to provide high-quality patient care. Sentz is committed to helping students build confidence, develop practical skills, and succeed in their healthcare careers while fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.

“I am looking forward to the opportunity to serve as Radiology Director at Belmont and to continue building a program that empowers students to thrive both professionally and personally,” said Sentz. “I look forward to working alongside our students and faculty to advance excellence in radiologic technology education.”

Joining her is Tammy Corey, a Registered Radiologic Technologist with 19 years of professional experience. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and has built a diverse career in radiologic technology. She began her journey at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, where she worked primarily in the emergency room and trained students for three years. She then spent 14 years specializing in orthopedics, gaining extensive experience as both an orthopedic technician and radiologic technologist.

Corey currently works in urgent care in Titusville, Pennsylvania, where she serves as both a phlebotomist and radiologic technologist, and has also been an online instructor for Belmont. She brings a strong passion for teaching and mentorship to her new role, inspired by her own clinical education experiences. Corey emphasizes the importance of positivity, professionalism, and compassionate patient care in the field.

“I am excited to start this new chapter with Belmont College and appreciate the opportunity to serve as Clinical Coordinator of the Radiology Program,” said Corey.

Belmont College offers a comprehensive two-year Radiologic Technology Program that prepares students to work with today’s advanced imaging technologies. These technologies produce highly detailed images that help physicians diagnose conditions in early stages, leading to more focused treatments and improved patient outcomes. Belmont’s Radiology degree and certificate programs position graduates at the forefront of modern medical care.

The program is dedicated to providing learning experiences that enable each student to deliver quality healthcare, understand the values and behaviors of the profession, and develop communication and independent reasoning skills in preparation for employment as entry-level radiographers. Upon completion of all program requirements, students earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Radiologic Technology.

The Radiologic Technology Program at Belmont College is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
