College can be exciting, demanding and overwhelming, making self-care essential. This session introduces practical mind-body techniques to manage stress and support overall wellness. Students will learn simple grounding, breathing and movement exercises they can use anytime. The training also offers an introduction to Access Consciousness, with a focus on Access Bars—a gentle hands-on method using 32 points on the head to help release stress and promote clarity. Participants will explore how these practices can enhance emotional balance, reduce overwhelm and create more ease in daily life. Whether you’re juggling classes, work or personal pressures, this session provides simple tools to help you stay present, recharge and build lasting healthy habits.
