You are invited to join us for an informative session on human trafficking with guest speaker, Kevin Kettler!  Please bring your own lunch and join us on November 20th , 12:00-1:00 in the cafeteria area.

Kevin Kettler is a lifelong resident of Wheeling West Virginia.  He attended The Linsly School, then earned a BA in Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College and a MS in Criminology from West Liberty University. He is a retired Wheeling PD Lieutenant, where he supervised a shift of 18-officers. He has taught self-defense and taser training to police officers for 13-years and self-defense training to rape and domestic violence survivors for 6-years. Currently, he works in community outreach as a human trafficking advocate for Tri County Help Center and serves as a faculty member of criminal justice at Wheeling University.
