Transcripts

All official transcript orders can be submitted through the National Student Clearinghouse. Enter Belmont College as the school you attend/attended. There is a $10 fee for all official transcripts.

Fall 2022 Semester Grades

To receive your Fall 2022 semester grades and/or request an unofficial transcript, email the Records Office at records@belmontcollege.edu. Please note that a copy of a valid photo ID will need to accompany the email request or current students can send the email request from their Belmont College email address.

Financial Aid Resources

The FAFSA is open and can be completed now! Learn how you can qualify for grants, loans, and other funding opportunities to help you pay for college.

Complete your FAFSA Form

  • The first step to financial aid is to complete your FAFSA form. The Belmont College School Code is 009941. The FAFSA form can also be completed by phone at 1-800-433-3243.

  • You should check your MyFAO portal to be sure all your forms are “received” and then your aid is ready to be processed. Once your documents are all received, we will email you a Financial Aid Award Notification. After your initial award notice, any changes to your financial aid awards can be reviewed online at MYFAO – My Financial Aid Office.

    What is My FAO? My Financial Aid Office. My FAO is your 24/7 access to all of your financial aid information. You can review the status of your financial aid award, check for missing documents, download forms, view your loans and more.

Scholarships

We offer scholarships to incoming freshmen and/or transfer students, as well as current students. Some scholarships are awarded by various departments of the College on the basis of students’ majors and/or special abilities. Scholarship applications can be submitted in person to the Financial Aid Office or submitted via mail to:

Financial Aid Forms

  • HEERF III – Spring 2023 Application

    The Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds III (HEERF III) created under the American Rescue Plan (ARP)provides additional COVID-19 relief for institutions of higher education and students.  Student awards assist with components of cost of attendance or emergency costs due to coronavirus. Funds will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.  Awards are subject to change based on fund availability.  Completed applications must be submitted to the Belmont College Financial Aid Office.
