Sign and submit this application no later than 2 weeks after the start of your classes. Choose Ohio First Scholarship applications will be accepted on a first-come basis - should funding remain.

Apply for Admission to Belmont College online at www.belmontcollege.edu
File your 2024-2025 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at https://fafsa.ed.gov. Belmont College school code is 009941.
Submit this Choose Ohio First Scholarship Application to the Financial Aid Office.

Eligible candidates must also meet the following requirements:

Be an eligible Ohio resident
Enroll at Belmont College in one of the programs listed below (please select your program).

Program of Study

Important Information:

The Choose Ohio First Scholarship will cover up to $4,100 per year for up to three years. After the scholarship is applied, the student may still have a bill.
Choose Ohio First Scholarship recipients are selected by the Financial Aid Office, based on criteria established by the Ohio Department of Higher Education
The Choose First Scholarship may not cover fees or other expenses.
This scholarship is funded by the Ohio Department of Higher Education.
The scholarship expires upon graduation or when student leaves Belmont College.
Under Ohio Revised Code Section 3345.52, eligible students must be registered with the Selective Service System in accordance with the Military Selective Service Act, 62 Stat. 604, 50 U.S.C. App. 453.
