This course covers level 1 rescue skills for vehicle and machinery rescue incidents that involve common passenger vehicles, simple small machinery and in environments where rescuer intervention does not constitute a high level of risk based upon the environment or other factors. Hazard identification, equipment use, and rescue techniques will be covered in accordance with NFPA 1006.
