This course is a comprehensive overview of the National Electrical Code (NEC) for designing electrical systems and safety related work practices. This course includes an overview of the NEC, wiring methods and materials, conductors, and overcurrent protective devices, branch circuits and feeders, grounding, transformers, services, special locations, and calculations. This is a "hands on" approach interfacing with NED regulations that will prepate a student for everyday application of electrical and safety operations in the work place.
