Leadership

Fundamentals of leadership management. The impact, process, character, motivation, creativity, and communication of leadership are emphasized. Additionally, this course provides an in-depth study of leadership styles, skills, and roles as well as the functions, and ethics of leaders in organizations. Students will see that organizations are searching for leaders to provide direction during this era of dynamic organizational challenges and competition.
