Payroll Clerk

This short-term certificate program is designed to prepare you for an entry-level position. You’ll learn basic accounting principles and be able to apply those principles to payroll applications using QuickBooks. You’ll study topics including compiling and posting employee time and payroll data; and recording attendance, hours worked, payroll liabilities, and pay adjustments.
Once you complete the program, you’ll be eligible to take the National Bookkeepers Association’s (NBA) Uniform Payroll Certification Examination at Belmont College. To find out more about all NBA certifications, visit the National Bookkeepers Association website.
