Class Dates: January 2026
Time: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Location: Belmont College Main Campus
Cost: $1,995.00
The 120-hour program includes 80 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours of hands-on home inspections.
Home Inspection Training
Students will be prepared to inspect structures using skills to determine structural soundness and compliance with specifications, codes, and other regulations.
This program has been approved for inclusion on the Workforce Inventory of Education and Training (WIET) list, allowing eligible students to apply for funding through OhioMeansJobs. Interested students are strongly encouraged to contact their local OhioMeansJobs office as soon as possible to explore funding options.
