Course Details
Class Dates: January 13 – March 25, 2026
Time: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Location: Belmont College Main Campus
Cost: $1,995.00
The 120-hour program includes 80 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours of hands-on home inspections. Please note, the March 25th date completes the 80 hour portion and the remaining 40 hours are scheduled with the course instructor.
Home Inspection Training
Students will be prepared to inspect structures using skills to determine structural soundness and compliance with specifications, codes, and other regulations.
This program has been approved for inclusion on the Workforce Inventory of Education and Training (WIET) list, allowing eligible students to apply for funding through OhioMeansJobs. Interested students are strongly encouraged to contact their local OhioMeansJobs office as soon as possible to explore funding options.
