Bulletin Boards and Signage

Purpose
Bulletin boards are located throughout the College for the benefit of students and the furtherance of the College’s mission and goals. Posting signage on bulletin boards, walls, doors, windows, or other area is prohibited without prior approval.
Policy Statement
Some bulletin boards are assigned to various offices and program areas. Each office and program area is responsible for maintenance of its designated bulletin board. Other bulletin boards are designated for general use by the student body to post textbooks for sale, car pool notices, and other items of interest to students.
Persons Affected
All students, staff, and faculty of Belmont College.
Procedures
Materials posted on bulletin boards, walls, windows, or other areas is prohibited without prior approval. All materials require prior approval from the Director of Marketing and Strategic Communications (or designee). Any materials posted without formal approval will be removed immediately. Any materials posted with tape or any nonapproved means will be removed immediately. Belmont College reserves the right to deny approval for bulletin board use or any other use if such use is deemed to be inconsistent with the College mission and goals.
