CISCO Certified Support Technician
Prepare to sit for the Cisco Certified Network Associate exam. This certificate program prepares students for entry-level careers in networking and information technology by combining classroom instruction with hands-on laboratory experience.
Students will develop foundational skills in computer hardware, networking, and technical support while preparing to pursue industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST).
