Graduation
Congratulations Graduates!
Belmont College awards diplomas to students who complete their degree/certificate requirements. Students who are candidates for graduation are invited to participate in the College’s commencement ceremony each May. An application for graduation should be submitted prior to the semester that all course work is completed.
2025 Graduation Forms
Students must complete their Intent to Graduate Form, Cap & Gown Order Form, and Diploma/Certificate Order Form prior to graduation. The Intent to Graduate and Cap & Gown forms need to be submitted to the Records Office either in person or by email at records@belmontcollege.edu. The deadline for 2025 cap and gown orders is April 14, 2025. The Diploma Order form should be returned to the Business Office, room 1082, along with the required/applicable fee.

2025 Commencement Details
Please see below to determine your graduation date and time. Commencement will be held in Dowler Hall at the Belmont College Main Campus Academic Technical Center located at 68094 Hammond Road, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Graduation practice will be held at 10:00 am on both Thursday, May 8 and Friday, May 9 for students graduating that day.

Degrees and certificates are automatically conferred after all program requirements have been met. Within 30 days after the end of the term, students will receive an email notification that all degree and/or certificate requirements have been met. It is at this time that degrees and/or certificates will be noted on student transcripts.
Diploma/Certificate Orders
Diplomas and certificates will be mailed to the current mailing address on file in the Records Office 6-8 weeks after the end of the term. Be sure to verify your current mailing address through MyBelmont. Please be sure that this address will be valid for at least two months following commencement.
